I’ve been a loyal customer of The Flaky Apple Pie Co. for years! While they are my absolute go-to for Thanksgiving, I find any excuse to order from them year-round. Whether you’re craving sweet or savory, you can’t go wrong - though the cherry pie is my personal obsession! Brooke is incredibly kind and always goes above and beyond to accommodate my guests' dietary restrictions. I can't recommend them enough!

The wife and i did the couples pie making class and it was simply marvelous!!!! I showed up to class with only one good hand as i had just had carpal tunnel. Well Brooke and her staff couldn’t have been more accommodating (they basically made my entire cherry 🍒 pie for me!!!! ) The class was so fun, we all Laughed and enjoyed the evening learning the pie trade!!!! We’re gonna do the class again with our 3 daughters!!!!

Hats off to the flaky apple pie company!! Their apple pie was the most extraordinary flaky, delicious pie I can ever remember eating. As stuffed as well were we could not help ourselves devouring the apple pie as well as the pecan pie. The crust was light and flaky and the filling was perfect- not too sweet just delicious apples. I will definitely be serving these pies at all our family events and dinners going forward. The customer service by Brooke was off the charts even replacing my pie when I didn’t freeze it right away!! Thank you for completing our fantastic meal with such sweetness!!

My MIL was kind enough to purchase a pie making class for my sister in law and I and OMGOSH WHAT FUNNNN!!!!! I never thought I could possibly make a pie, now I can!!!! We made pie (freeze and bake later) and make turn overs with the dough left over (so yum)! They also baked a pie for us ahead of time and send us off with turn overs and a piece of pie and the oie we made of course! They were so so so fun and informative! Definitely our new place to order pie! YUM

I have been purchasing pies here for years and love the crumb top triple-berry apple pie. My daughter requests this pie when she visits on holidays, too. Last night, my husband and I took a pie making class - it was amazing! Brooke (owner and pie designer-in-chief) taught the class and showed us how to make two of her pies from scratch (including the crumb top!!!). If you love pie, these pies are amazing and you house smells amazing when you bake them. If you have a chance to get in one of the classes, you will be so happy with your new pastry talents AND you take home pies!
